Danielle Maslowsky, Wellness Coach and founder of Life on Track and co-founder of Spring Into Health, has made a career out of her passion for healthy living. She is the active mom of two young kids and is focused on healthy living as an example for her family. Her recipe for health? Exercise 5 days a week with purpose, eat real food - especially veggies, make time for family and friends often, be present with the kids, laugh a lot, listen to others, work hard and seek challenge on a regular basis.
