I ran my first road race, a 3K, when I was about 9 years old; I then did many walk/run 5Ks with my dad & grandmother over the next few years.  I ran indoor & outdoor track at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake - my favorite events were 4x800m relay & 1500m.  I ran all 3 seasons (XC, indoor, outdoor) for most of my time at SUNY Geneseo.  I am an orthopedic/sports physical therapist, and a cross country & track coach at BH-BL.

Half Marathon - 1:27:04 (Syracuse Half, 2017)

Training Goals:
Sub-60 in 15K & 1:25 in Half Marathon; maintain consistency with strength training to keep injuries at bay and improve strength in the later stages of races; have fun racing with Willow!

Community Involvement:
I am a “running buddy” for Girls on the Run, which provides me with the opportunity to share my passion for running with new runners, and inspire them to be confident and strong!  I love to bake, and send monthly care packages to American soldiers on deployment.
