started running in the early 1990s in high school. And although I've played lots of different competitive sports (baseball, softball, hockey, soccer), I always come back to running and it has been a major part of my adult life. I've ran almost every distance out there, from the 100m in high school up to marathons as a master runner.

Training Goals:

My overall goal is to remian healthy and be able to run as much as possible. I look forward to running my first ultra-marathon this year as well as the Boston and Chicago Marathons in 2023. Ultimately I have a goal of also running the Berlin, London and New York City marathons.
