The most accomplished female masters runners from the area.  Emily ran 17:39 as a masters runner at Freihofer's Run for Women, 6 wins at the Workforce Challenge in Albany (3.5 mile 19:26), 7 wins at ROTG 4 miler (22:58 age 43), 17:02 at Westfield 5k at age 45 and 2 overall wins at the Stockade-athon.
